英文摘要：

Objective：To explore the effect of novel depressants on the life satisfaction of major depression patients.Method：115 depression patients treated with novel depressants were evaluated with life satisfaction rating and self-made questionnaires in the following study.Results：The significant effects of novel depressants in change of life satisfaction rating were found.Multiple regression analysis showed that improvement of life satisfaction rating of the patients was negatively related with the time of current episode and drug side effect.Conclusion：The life satisfaction rating was significantly and quickly improved after treated with novel depressants,and it＇s important for major depression patients to be intervened early to improve life satisfaction rating.
