为了更好地利用工业大麻秆制备出性能优良的阻燃中密度纤维板,通过在其纤维中添加FR-A(高温)、FR.B(低温)、FR-C(无机)和FR-D(无机+钼)4种阻燃剂进行实验.分析了不同阻燃捌及其嗣量对工业大麻秆中密度纤维板物理力学性能和燃烧性能的影响。实验结果表明,添加阻燃剂后板材的TS和IB变差.并随着阻燃剂添加蛩的增加变樗越来越差;板材的MOR和MOE变好,并随著阻燃剂添加量的增加变得越来越好(除添加阻燃剂FR-B的MOE指标以外)。板材的烟密度等级与空白板相比基减小趋势,随阻燃剂瀑加量的增加而减小,但氧指数较空白板增加,并随阻燃剂添加赶的增加而增加。添加阻燃剂FR-A后,板材的力学性能最好,阻燃性能最差;而添加阻燃剂FR-D后板材的阻燃性能最好,力学性能最差;但在4种阻燃剂中最适合的阻燃剂是FR.B,添加璺为12%,板材的力学性能和燃烧性能均可满足国标要求,综合效果最好。
To use the hemp stalk better and making hemp stalk based MDF with good inflaming retarding charac- ters, it studied the influence of 4 different type of inflaming retarding agents ( FR-A, FR-B, FR-C and FR-D ) and the different added amounts ( 6 %, 8 %, 10 % and 12 % ) on the physical, mechanical and combustion characteristic of hemp stalk based MDF. The resul shown that, the TS and IB of hemp stalk based MDF became worse and the MOB and MOE of the panels were improved after the inflaming retarding agents were added. Be- sides, as the increasing of interming retarding agents added amount from 6 % to 12 %, the IB was decreasing while the TS, MOR and MOE were increasing ( except for FR-B). The MSD and SDR of MDF with in retarding agents were lower than those of MDF with no inflandng retarding agents and those were decreasing with the increas- ing of inflaming retarding agents added amount in MDF. However, the OI of MDF with infing retarding agents was higher than it of MDF with no inflaming retarding agents, as the inflaming retarding agents added amount in- creasing in the MDF, the OI of MDF was increasing also. In a word, the inflaming retarding agents had bad influ-ence on the physical and mechanical properties of MDF, furthermore, the influence depends on the MDF and those had good influence on the burning properties of type of inflaming retarding agents. Among 4 types of inflaming retarding agents, after FR-A was added, the mechanical properties of MDF were best while the burning properties of MDF were worst; after FR-D was added, the mechanical properties of MDF were worst while the burning proper- ties of MDF were best. In a word, the mechanical properties and the burning properties of MDF with 12 % FR-B can satisfy the requirements of China standard of GB/T11718-2009 and GB 8624-1997 respectively.
