英文摘要：

The incidence rate of invasive fungal disease（IFD）is still high in patients with hematopoietic stem cell transplantation,leading to the high morbidity and mortality.Epidemiology of the fungal infections has changed with shifts in hematopoietic stem cell sources,pretreatment,and antifungal prophylaxis.Reasonable remedy could decrease the IFD-related mortality of the patients with hematopoietic stem cell transplantation.This article discusses the epidemiology of the IFD,development of the types of antifungal agents,and treatment strategies;in addition,it revealed the inadequate aspects of the current antifungal treatments and predicted the direction of further study.
