针对目前刹车系统电源存在的缺陷,介绍了一种以SG3525控制器为核心的刹车系统电源设计方案。采用SG3525芯片内部的主要结构,分析了其特性和工作原理。给出了该电源的设计方法及原理,并对系统进行了仿真测试。仿真结果表明,该系统具有较高的可靠性且输出电压稳定,在未来具有广泛的应用前景。
This paper introduces a design scheme of SG3525 controller as the core of the braking system power supply for the current defects of braking system power supplies. The main structure of SG3525 is described and its characteristics and working principle analyzed. The design method and principle are given. The simulation result shows that the system has a higher reliability and stable output voltage. This design has extensive application pros- pects in the future.
