研究应用于共振隧穿器件的失调馈送缝隙(offset-fed slot)天线,首先对失调馈送缝隙天线进行理论分析,然后通过HFSS软件进行建模仿真,运用MATLAB软件对仿真得到的实验数据进行拟合,得到了失调馈送缝隙天线的振荡频率、输入阻抗随缝隙长度及偏移量的变化关系,实验结果与理论分析基本一致。通过研究失调馈送缝隙天线的阻抗特性,为共振隧穿二极管(resonant tunneling diode,RTD)振荡器与缝隙天线(slot天线)的阻抗匹配提供理论指导,实现太赫兹振荡器的最大功率输出。
The offset-fed slot antenna applied to resonant tunneling diode is proposed. First , the offset-fed slot antenna is analyzed theoretically. Then, modeling and simulation is carried out by HFSS and simulated experimental data is fitted by MATLAB. The relation between oscillation frequency and input impedance which vary with the antenna length and the offset was obtained. The experimental results consistent with the theoretical analysis. The research about impedance characteristics provides theoretical guidance for impedance matching between the oscillator and slot antenna, and the maximum power output of terahertz oscillator is obtained.
