文章根据海域自然资源属性和分布特征,采用层次分析法和ArcGIS空间分析工具相结合的评价方法,通过构建海域自然资源评价指标体系和评价调和模型,对包括底质资源、水质资源、生物资源、水深资源、海域空间资源、岸线资源、能源资源、旅游资源以及重要滨海湿地和河口资源共9类在内的辽宁省海域自然资源进行评价。研究表明,在应用海域自然资源评价调和模型时,评价指标体系的建立须考虑地理空间上的连续性,并保持评价指标在评价单元内的独立性;调和系数应充分考虑人类活动对海域自然资源的干扰。
This paper,based on the attribute of natural resources and its distribution characteristics,by using the way of evaluation which AHP and the tool of spatial analysis on ArcGIS,by constructing the evaluation index system and a marine natural resources evaluation harmonic model,using a total of 9 indexes including sediment resources,water quality resources,biological resources,water depth resources,sea space resources,coastal resources,energy resources,tourism resources and important coastal wetlands and estuaries,evaluated the water natural resources in Liaoning Province.The research results showed that when applying marine natural resources appraisal harmonic model,the establishment of evaluation index system must be considered on the basis of geographical spatial continuity characteristics,and can keep the independence of the index in the evaluation cells.Harmonic coefficient should fully take into consideration the disturbance of human life to the sea area natural resources.
