The Safflower injection is widely used in clinical, while allergic reaction also exists and the allergic reaction of Safflower injection belongs to type I. The allergic materials basis is still not clear. Through consulting the domestic related literature about the allergic reaction of Safflower injection and summarizing the existing problems, we propose the referable allergic substances＇ experimental techniques and methods in domestic and overseas field,to provide ideas for the further study of the allergic reaction of Safflower injection.
