为满足无卤、无毒、抑烟、高效的新型环保型沥青阻燃剂的发展要求,开发Tourmaline阻燃改性沥青,借助极限氧指数试验初步评价Tourmaline阻燃改性沥青的阻燃性能,基于沥青混合料燃烧试验,系统研究Tourmaline掺量、类型、细度和负离子释放量等因素对沥青阻燃性能的影响规律,并进一步研究Tourmaline改性沥青混合料的路用性能。研究结果表明:沥青的流淌和Tourmaline的离析造成Tourmaline改性沥青的氧指数偏低;Tourmaline改性沥青具有较好的阻燃抑烟效果,在Tourmaline种类相同的条件下,Tourmaline改性沥青的阻燃性能随Tourmaline掺量、细度和负离子释放量的增大而提高;不同类型的Tourmaline改性沥青阻燃性能不同,Tourmaline负离子粉的阻燃改善功效比Tourmaline粉的优;Tourmaline的掺入能够显著改善沥青混合料的高温性能、低温性能、水稳定性等路用性能。
For the flame retardant properties to meet the halogen free, non-toxic, smoke suppression and efficient standards, tourmaline flame retardant modified asphalt was developed and its flame retardant effect was tested firstly by oxygen index limit test. The effect of tourmaline dosage, type, fineness and negative ion release quantity on asphalt flame retardant property was systematically studied. Tourmaline modified asphalt mixture road performance was explored. The results show that the flow of asphalt and isolation of tourmaline is the cause of low oxygen index of tourmaline modified asphalt. The tourmaline modified asphalt has good flame and smoke suppression performance. The flame retardant performance of modified asphalt and mixture with different dosage of tourmaline increases when the dosage of tourmaline increases in certain dosage range. The increase of tourmaline fineness and negative ion release quantity lead to the improvement of tourmaline modified asphalt and performance of mixture flame retardant property. Improvement on the flame retardant effect of tourmaline anion powder is better than that of tourmaline powder. The tourmaline can improve the high temperature, low temperature performance and the water stability of road performance of asphalt mixture.
