为深入研究电气石类型、掺量对改性沥青混合料路用性能的影响,将经过表面改性的电气石加入到基础沥青中,采用高速剪切法制备电气石改性沥青,借助扫描电镜试验(SEM)分析电气石与沥青的相容性;将电气石改性沥青应用到GAC沥青混合料中,通过高温车辙试验、低温小梁弯曲试验、浸水马歇尔试验、冻融劈裂试验以及疲劳试验等,系统研究电气石类型与掺量对沥青混合料高温性、低温抗裂性、水稳定性以及抗疲劳性等路用性能的影响规律,并应用疲劳方程对疲劳试验结果进行回归分析。研究结果表明:电气石与沥青相容性良好;电气石能改善沥青混合料的高温、低温、水稳定性及抗疲劳性等路用性能;对于不同类型电气石,325目电气石改性沥青混合料的高温性能和水稳定性能优于5000ions(5000离子)电气石负离子粉改性沥青混合料,而5000ions电气石负离子粉改性沥青混合料的低温性能和抗疲劳性能较好。
In order to deeply study the effects of tourmaline type and dosage on pavement perform- ance of modified asphalt mixture, tourmaline modified asphalt was prepared with high-speed shearing method when the surface modified tourmaline was added to the base asphalt. SEM test was adopted to analyze the compatibility between tourmaline and asphalt. High temperature rut- ting test, low-temperature beam bending test, immersion Marshall test freeze thaw splitting test and fatigue test were used on tourmaline modified asphalt mixture of GAC to study the effect of tourmaline on pavement performance. And the results of fatigue test were performed regression analysis with fatigue equation. The results show that tourmaline disperses evenly in the asphalt and has good compatibility with asphalt. The adding of tourmaline is good for improving the high temperature performance, low temperature performance, water stability and fatigue resistance of asphalt mixture. For different types of tourmalines, high temperature performance and water sta- bility performance of modified asphalt mixture with tourmaline of 325 meshes is better, however,low temperature performance and fatigue resistance of modified asphalt mixture with tourmaline of 5 000 ions is better. 10 tabs, 8 figs, 12 refs.
