以2-羟基-3-三甲铵基丙基壳聚糖为改性材料,商品化均相离子交换膜为基膜,电沉积法制备单价选择性阳离子交换膜,并探讨制膜液浓度、电沉积时间和交联环境等制膜条件对改性膜特殊分离性能的影响.用多种分析方法测试膜的相关性能,结果表明,单价选择性阳离子交换膜对一多价离子的分离效果明显,其中静电排斥是解释其分离特性的主要因素.
In this paper, a monovalent ion selective cation exchange membrane was prepared by electrodeposition method using modified 2-hydroxy-3-trimethyl ammonium propyl chitosan and commercial homogeneous base membrane. Moreover, the effects of preparing conditions on selective separation performance of the membrane were discussed, including the modified chitosan concentration, electrodeposition time and cross-linking system. The characterizations of cation exchange membrane (CEM) were also measured by using various analytical means. The results indicate that the effects of monovalent ion selective CEM on separating monovalent and muhi-valent ions are obvious and electrostatic repulsion is the main reason to explain the selective separation performance.
