通过共混法制备了含辣素衍生结构丙烯酰胺聚合物的抑菌性聚醚砜超滤膜。首先,用N-(5-甲基-3-异丁基-2羟基-苄基)-丙烯酰胺(MBHBA)和丙烯酰胺(AM)、甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA)、丙烯酸乙酯(EA)制备了四元共聚物P(A-E.M-M),通过红外光谱证实了聚合物的合成;然后考察了铸膜液中四元共聚物的含量对所制备超滤膜性能的影响。结果表明,当P(A-E-M-M)含量为1%时,改性膜具有较高的综合性能:纯水通量和BSA截留率分别为187.6L/(m2·h)和94.7%,与基膜相比有所提高;同时亲水性增加,静态接触角仅为62°,比基膜降低了12°;抑菌率达到了78.4%,远高于基膜的抑菌率(20%)。
Antibacterial PES membrane was prepared through phase conversion method by blending of polyethersulfone (PES) and copolymers containin g capsaicin derivative Moiety. Quadripolymer P (A-E-M-M) was prepared by methyl methacrylate (MMA), Acrylic amide (AA), N-(5-methyl- 3-isobutyl-2-hydroxy-benzyl)-acrylamid (MBHBA) and Ethyl acrylate (EA). The structure of P(A-E-M-M) was verified via FTIR analysis. The effect of P (A-E-M-M) content in the casting solution on the performance of PES membrane was also investigated, The results indicate that the modified PES ultrafiltration membrane shows the best comprehensive performance when P(A-E-M-M) content was 1%. The pure water flux and B SA rejection rate is 187.6 L/(m2.h) and 94.7%, respectively, which is slightly higher than that of the primary membrane. The contact angle of the membrane decreased from 74° to 62°, and the antibacterial activity of the modified membrane improved obviously from 20% to 78.4%.
