The excessive income disparity between urban and rural areas is becoming a focus in China social economy. In order to explain these problems, we establish a early warning system on the basis of studying the ＂warning line＂ of income disparity between urban and rural areas. Based on the early warning system, we make the early warning analysis on the income disparity between urban and rural areas for the future ten years. The results show that the future situation will continue to deteriorate, in 2011, the income gap will reach a new high level.
