通过力学性能测试、扫描电镜分析等研究了移动电话框架铸件卡钩处存在的宏观缺陷(即多肉)对其力学性能的影响。结果表明:严重多肉、小多肉和无多肉三种铸件卡钩处能承担的最大推力都大于20 N,完全能够满足装配要求;但其抗弯强度明显降低,主要原因并不是多肉造成的,而是在压铸过程中铸件形成的孔洞缺陷造成的。
The effect of a macro die casting defect(excess metal) occuring in the protruded hook of the framework for mobile telephone on mechanical properties was investigated by means of mechanical testing and scanning electron microscopy etc.It is indicated that the protruded hooks,with heavy excess metal,small excess metal and no excess metal,all underwent more than 20 N push force,and met the needs of the assembling process.The porosity formed during die casting process was very likely the main controlling factor...
