建立了深冷空温式星形翅片管气化器的空气侧自然对流换热模型。利用fluent软件,采用SSTκ-ω湍流模型和SIMPLEC算法,对多组不同结构参数、不同内壁面温度的气化器空气侧自然对流换热进行了三维数值模拟。由数值模拟结果分析了气化器各结构尺寸大小与壁温对翅片管自然对流换热的影响,并拟合了气化器空气侧自然对流换热的Nu数的计算关联式,为工程实际提供参考。
The natural convective heat transfer model on the air side of air - heating cryogenic finned - tube vaporizer was established. The natural convection heat transfer of vaporizer side air was simulated 3D -numerically used by fluent software, SST model and SIMPLEC algorithm for different structure parameters and inside wall temperature of the vaporizer. Based on the result of numerical simulation, the influence of different strueture sizes and wall temperatures on natural convection heat transfer was analysed, and a calculation correlation of Nusseh number for the air side natural convection heat transfer of vaporizer was fitted, providing a reference for engineering practice.
