以分形理论的DLA模型为基础,建立了空温式翅片管气化器深冷表面上霜晶生长的二维模型,模拟了深冷表面上的霜晶生长过程。采用计盒维数法对模拟出的霜晶生长图像进行了分形维数的计算,结果表明深冷表面上霜晶的分形维数较一般冷表面上的分形维数大,从而说明深冷表面上的霜晶具有更加复杂的结构,充满空间的能力更大。这对进一步理解空温式深冷翅片管气化器表面上霜层的生长机理,探索有效的气化器抑霜除霜方法,提高气化器换热特性有重要的指导意义。
A two-dimentional model of frost formation and growth on the cryogenic surface of air-heating finned-tube vaporizer was proposed based on Diffusion Limited Aggregation(DLA) model,and the simulation of frost formation and growth on the cryogenic surface was carried out in this paper.The box counting dimension method was used to calculate the fractal dimension of the image of the frost formation and growth.The result showed that the fractal dimension of frost on the cryogenic surface was larger than the fractal dimension of frost on the general cold surface,and frost on the cryogenic surface had a more complex structure and a bigger ability of filling space.It is more significant to further understand the frost growth mechanism on the surface of cryogenic finned-tube vaporizer,to explore the effective defrosting methods and enhance heat transfer characteristics of the vaporizer.
