现代微生态学主要是研究微生物与其宿主（人类、动物、植物）之间的对立统一而形成的生态系统的变化和规律的一门新兴学科[1]。近年来针对肠道微生态的临床医疗、药物与病症性质的研究也越来越受到研究者们的重视。作者就十五年来肠道微生态的中医药研究在中医理论、临床和实验研究等方面进行来综述,通过分析阴阳学说、天人相应整体观、正邪学说理论以及脏象学说与肠道微生态之间的相关性,并且分别探讨实验和临床研究中药与病证两个方面与肠道微生态之间的联系,从理论和实践等方面展现了肠道微生态的中医药研究概况。

英文摘要：

Modern ecology of microecology is a new study which forms the change and the law of the ecological system by mainly studying the unity of opposites between microbes and hosts （ humans, animals, plants） . In recent years, the research of the clinical medical treatment, medication and disease of the nature of ecology of intestinal microbial is getting more and more attention of the researchers. The author just reviewed the researches of ecology of intestinal microecology in Chinese medicine by being based on Chinese medicine theory ,clinical and experimental research in recent 15 years. By analyzing the correlation between the theory of Yin and Yang, heaven corresponding overall view, good and evil theory and Zang - fu theory and the ecology of intes- tinal microecology and discussing the contact between the traditional Chinese medicine and disease and ecology of intestinal mi- croecology through experimental and clinical study, theory and practice of in - depth study, it shows the general situation of the research of traditional Chinese medicine intestinal microecology from the perspectives of theory and practice.
