介绍了光纤表面等离子体共振传感器的制造工艺和系统组成,针对光纤传感检测系统在一定的条件下进行了多次测试,试验表明该系统在测试过程中存在红移现象.分析了发生红移的主要原因是金属薄膜内部和表层吸附了空气中的杂质.为此提出了改进镀膜工艺、测试条件和建立修正数据库已有效地减弱了系统测试中的红移现象.
The fabricati system are presented. on technology of optical fiber Surface Plasmon Resonance (SPR) sensor and its test Multi tests are made for the optical fiber SPR test system under certain conditions and the test results show that red-shifting phenomenon exits. And the main reason is that the impurity in air is absorbed by internal and external metal film to form an impurity layer and then brings up the new phenomenon. Several methods such as improving fabrication technology, changing test conditions and creating revision data base etc are suggested to weaken effect of the phenomenon.
