Measurement of gold film refractive index at visible light bandwidth by using optical fiber Surface Plasmon Resonance （SPR） sensor for a group standard reagent is realized. The relationship between total reflective coefficient and parameters including refractive index of gold film etc is listed. Because the calculation result by using classical gold refractive index is different from the test result much more, a revision method is used to get better refractive index of gold film at visible light bandwidth.
