针对嘉兴五县（市）经济发展特点,构建出能够表征五县（市）经济竞争力发展的指标体系;以2003年、2008年及2013年数据为研究样本,基于主成分分析法测度嘉兴所辖海宁、桐乡、平湖、嘉善及海盐五县（市）经济竞争力水平及排名。结果表明：研究样本内主成分新变量综合信息的能力较强,指标权重具有较高共性;各县（市）经济竞争力海宁市稳定在前列,桐乡、平湖市次之,嘉善与海盐得分能力相对较弱,且各自发展的支撑要素并不一致。因此,应加强相互合作,形成共同发展的多赢模式。

英文摘要：

According to economic development of Jiaxing five counties,the paper constructs index system,which can represent economic competitiveness development of the five counties.The Paper selects data in 2003,2008 and 2013as research sample,measuring economic competitiveness levels and ranking of Haining,Tongxiang,Pinghu,Jiashan and Haiyan.The Results show that the new variables have strong information ability,and the index weights have high generality.In economic competitiveness rankings of five counties,position of Haining topped the list,followed by Tongxiang,Pinghu,scores of Jiashan and Haiyan relatively weak..And supporting development elements of the five counties are not consistent,so they should strengthen cooperation and create a win-win mode..
