目的:观察针刺对组织液中组胺(Histamin,HA)及5-羟色胺(5-hydroxytryptamine,5-HT)含量影响并探讨其作用机制。方法:通过微透析技术在体抽取家兔足三里及旁开非穴处组织液,结合高效液相色谱技术检测其中HA和5-HT的含量。结果:针刺作用下,足三里处组织液内5-HT含量高于旁开非穴处,两者比较有统计学差异;而HA的含量亦有高于旁开非穴处的趋势,但无统计学差异。结论:针刺作用下,组织液内HA及5-HT含量增加,与肥大细胞脱颗粒增加有关。
Objective :To observe the impact of acupuncture on the contents of histamine and 5 -hydroxytryptamine in tissue fluids, and discuss the related action mechanism of acupuncture. Methods : Micro - dialysis technology was employed to collect the tissue fluids at Zusanli (ST36) and non - point areas of a normal rabbit, and high performance liquid chromatography was adopted to measure the contents of histamine and 5 - hydroxytryptamine in these tissue fluids. Results : Under acupuncture, the content of 5 - HT at point area was higher than that at the opened non - point area. The compared result was statistically different. The same tendency was observed for the content of HA at the two different areas, but the compared data showed that there was no significant difference on statistics. Conclusion : Under the stimulation of acupuncture, the amounts of 5 - HT and HA at ST 36 point are increased, which is possibly relevant to the increasing degranulation of mast cells caused by acupuncture.
