Association of science and technology should become one of the basic forces for realizing the strategic target of ＂mass entrepreneurship, mass innovation＂. Student association of science and technology in colleges and universities is the internal demand of scientific development and is also an important platform for college students to carry on innovated entrepreneurship practice. But in reality, the development of student association of science and technology in colleges and uni- versities has problems of lacking of sense of existence, poor participation of students and imperfect operation mechanism etc. To promote the benign development of student association of science and technology in colleges and Universities, we need to strengthen organization construction, improve working concept and improve operation mechanism etc to ensure the healthy development of student association of science and technology in colleges and universities.
