目的:了解混苯和噪声联合暴露对石化厂男性工人血压的影响。方法:根据职业暴露情况将石化厂516名男性工人分成4组.收集研究对象的基本情况,进行血压测量。结果:3个暴露组工人收缩压分布不同于对照组(P=0.002),舒张压分布差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。高血压患病率在各暴露组间差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05),但随着年龄和体质指数(BMI)的增加高血压患病率显著升高(均P〈0.001)。Logistic回归分析.在调整了混杂因素后,未发现混苯和噪声暴露对高血压发病的影响(P〉0.05),影响高血压患病的主要因素是年龄和BMI,OR分别为1.116和1.213(均P〈0.001)。结论:低剂量混苯暴露和低强度稳态噪声联合暴露时.男性工人高血压患病率主要受年龄和BMI的影响。
Objective To investigate the effects of mixed-exposure to occupational benzene-toluene- xylence (BTX) and noise on blood pressure in petrochemical industry male workers. Methods 516 male workers of petrochemical industry were recruited and divided into 4 groups by the occupational exposure. The baseline data and blood pressure of them were measured. Results The systolic blood pressure in exposure group was significantly different from that in control group (P = 0.002), but the diastolic blood pressure had no significant difference (P 〉 0.05). There was no significant difference of hypertension prevalence among the exposure groups (P 〉 0.05). hut, the hypertension prevalence was increased with the increases of age and body mass index (BMI) (both P 〈 0.001 ). After adjusting the confounding factors, no significant effects of exposure to BTX and noise on hypertension prevalence were found (P 〉 0.05 ). The main factors influencing hypertension were age and BMI, and the OR were 1.116 and 1.213, respectively (both P 〈 0.001 ). Conclusion The hypertension prevalence in occupational male workers is affected by their age and BMI if they exposed to low dose of BTX and low intensity steady noise.
