为了评估甘氨酸-β-环糊精对环境中有机污染物和重金属的生态毒理影响,以斜生栅藻为受试生物,分别进行了甘氨酸-β-环糊精对斜生栅藻和甘氨酸-β-环糊精存在时西玛津、镉对斜生栅藻的毒理试验.结果表明,甘氨酸-β-环糊精对斜生栅藻无明显毒性;西玛津、锅、西玛津-镉对斜生栅藻有较大毒性作用,且随着其投加量的增加,其抑制率明显升高;在西玛津、镉以及西玛津-镉溶液中分别加入适量的甘氨酸-β-环糊精后,其对斜生栅藻的抑制率明显下降,且随着甘氨酸-β-环糊精投加量的增加,其对西玛津、镉和西玛津-镉的毒性抑制效果越好.甘氨酸-β-环糊精对西玛津和镉的毒性有明显的抑制作用.
In order to assess the effects of glycine-β-cyclodextrin (GCD) on eco-toxicity of organic pollutants and heavy metals in the environment, the toxicological tests, with Scenedesmus obliqnus as the test organism, were car- ried out to investigate the toxicity of GCD to Scenedesmus obliqnus and the toxicity of simazine, Cd to Scenedesmus obliqnus in the presence of GCD. The results showed that GCD had no obviously toxic effect on Scenedesmus obliq- nus, while simazine, Cd and simazine-Cd had greater toxic effect on Scenedesmus obliqnus, and their inhibition rate was increased obviously with the increasing of their dosing quantities. When simazine, Cd and simazine-Cd solution were added with the adequate amount of GCD, the inhibition rate of simazine, Cd and simazine-Cd on Scenedesmus obliqnus was decreased obviously, and the inhibitory effect was getting greater with the increase of GCD dosing quan- tity. GCD had significantly inhibited effect on the toxicity of simazine and Cd.
