以金属钇离子为原料,采用单宁酸直接还原法,以十六烷基三甲基溴化铵(CTAB)胶束和1-乙基-3-甲基咪唑乙基硫酸盐离子液体为修饰剂,制备钇纳米粒子。考察了离子液体对钇纳米粒子合成的影响,利用透射电镜表征所制得的粒子为金属钇纳米粒子。通过研究钇纳米粒子的光谱行为,建立了钇纳米荧光增敏法分析微量橙皮苷(HES)的方法。结果表明,橙皮苷在0.18~14.40 mg/L范围内与体系荧光强度呈线性关系。其线性方程为F=104.45+127.92c,相关系数r=0.9991;检出限为0.05 mg/L。本方法操作简便,用于健胃消食片、正柴胡颗粒和中药陈皮中橙皮苷的测定,结果令人满意。
Yttrium nanoparticles(Y-NPs) had been prepared by chemical reduction method with yttrium ion as the raw material.The effect of ionic liquids on the synthesis of(Y-NPs) was investi-gated.The image of transmission electron microscopy(TEM) showed the particles were yttrium nano-particles.The fluorescence spectral of Y-NPs was studied.Based on the fluorescence enhancement of Y-NPs in the presence of hesperidin,a novel method for the determination of hesperidin was proposed.The result showed that the fluorescence enhancement value of the Y-NPs was linearly proportional to the concentration of hesperidin in the range of 0.18-14.40 mg/L with a correlation coefficient of 0.9991.The limit of detection was found to be 0.05 mg/L.The simple method has been applied to the quantification of hesperidin in actual samples with satisfactory results.
