目的研究华支睾吸虫在大鼠不同部位消化液内的脱囊情况。方法以大鼠的新鲜胃液、十二指肠液、小肠上段液、小肠中段液、小肠下段液和大肠液作为脱囊液,模拟体内消化道环境。观察华支睾吸虫囊蚴在30min后的脱囊情况。如果脱囊率小于10%,重复试验。把作用时间延长为4h,其他条件相同。结果华支睾吸虫囊蚴在胃液中30min不能脱囊,延长时间至4h仍未觅脱囊;在十二指肠液、小肠上段液、小肠中段液、小肠下段液和大肠液中30min均能大量脱囊,脱囊率分别在97.7%、94.6%、95.9%、91.7%、93.8%,各组间没有显著性差异;脱囊的幼虫活力较好。结论华支睾吸虫囊蚴在胃液中4h内不能脱囊,能在肠液中30min内成功脱囊,脱囊幼虫活力较好;采用新鲜肠液模拟体内环境也是华支睾吸虫囊蚴体外脱囊的一种好方法。
To investigate the excystation of metacercaris of Clomorch is sinensis in various alimentary liguids, the freshly taken gastric liguid, duodenal liguid, liguids from the upper, middle and lower parts of small intestine as well as large intestine of rats were taken and used as the excytating liguids to mimic the enviromental condition of intestinal tract,and the excytation of C. sinensis after 30 minutes. If the rate of excytation was less than 10% ,the experiment was repeated again,and the time of action was prolonged to 4 hrs with the identical condition as before. The experimental results showed that no excytation occurred in gastie liguid of rats,even the time of action was prolonged to 4 hrs,however,marked excytation occurred after 30 minutes in duodenal liguid, liguid from upper,middle and lower parts of small intestine as wall as large intestine of rats with the excytation rate of 97.7 %, 94. 6 %, 95. 9 %, 9 1.7 % and 93.8 % respectively, without difference among groups. The excytated metacercaria were all alive. It is evident that the excytation of C. sinesis can occur in various alimentary liguids in 30 minutes except that in gastric liguid.
