基于NI myDAQ数据采集器,采用LabVIEW设计了弗兰克-赫兹实验系统.该系统可定量、实时记录并直观显示阳极电流随加速极电压的变化过程,在同一坐标界面中显示不同参量的多条实验曲线,并实现波峰、波谷对应电压电流及激发电位等数据处理功能.用该系统测量了充氩弗兰克-赫兹管阳极电流随加速电压关系曲线及氩原子第一激发电位,实验结果与商用仪器测量的结果吻合.
An experimental system for Franck-Hertz experiment was designed base on NI myDAQ and LabVIEW. The system could record and display the change of anodic current vs the accelerating voltage in real-time. Multi experimental curves of different parameters could be displayed simultane- ously, which could help us to seek the peaks and valleys of the cures to obtain the volume of the first excitated voltage. Using this system, Franck-Hertz tube filled with argon was studied, and the first excitated voltage for Ar atom was measured to be 11.7 V, which agreed well with that abtained by commercial instrument.
