采用原位氧化技术,在316L多孔不锈钢表面获得了晶体Fe3O4膜。利用X射线衍射、扫描电镜对其物相组成及表面形貌进行了研究。采用压缩试验测试了原位氧化Fe3O4膜的力学性能,探讨了其对水溶液中Cr(Ⅳ)、Pb(Ⅱ)和Cd(Ⅱ)的吸附性能。结果表明,该膜对水溶液中Cr(Ⅵ)和Pb(Ⅱ)的去除率达到100%,对Cd(Ⅱ)的去除率达到96.45%。
The crystal Fe3O4 membranes on 316 L porous stainless steel surface were obtained using in-situ oxidized technology. The phase composition and surface morphologies of the membranes were studied by X-ray diffraction (XRD) and scanning electron microscopy. The compressive test was carried out to test the mechanical properties of the membranes. Then, the removal performances of the in-situ Fe3O4 membranes for Cr(Ⅵ),Pb(Ⅱ) and Cd(Ⅱ) were evaluated, The results show that the removing ratios for Cr(Ⅵ),Pb(Ⅱ) and Cd(Ⅱ)by the membranes are 100%, 100% and 96.45% ,respectively
