通过正交试验,研究钢纤维掺量、聚丙烯纤维掺量、砂率、粉煤灰掺量等4种因素对混杂纤维混凝土强度的影响规律,并探寻混杂纤维混凝土的最优配合比。结果表明:掺加钢纤维能明显提高混凝土抗压强度、劈拉强度和抗折强度。随着钢纤维掺量增加,混凝土3种强度均呈增长趋势,尤其劈拉强度和抗折强度增长显著。聚丙烯纤维对混凝土强度无显著影响,但能改善混凝土的脆性。随着砂率增加,混凝土的强度先增后降,本次试验砂率40%时,混凝土强度最大。由于时间原因,粉煤灰的影响仍需后续试验研究。采用综合平衡法甄选,当钢纤维掺量1.5%,聚丙烯纤维掺量0.05%,砂率40%,混凝土强度性能最优。
In consideration of steel fiber content,polypropylene fiber content, sand ratio and fly ash dosage, the influence regularity of these four factors on mechanical strength were studied according to the orthogonal experimental design, in addition the optimal mixture ra- tio of hybrid fiber concrete were searched for.The results indicate that adding steel fiber in concrete could obviously increase compressive strength,splitting strength and flexural strength of concrete.With the increase of steel fiber content,the mechanical strength were in- creased, especially for splitting strength and flexural strength.There is almost no reinforcing effect on concrete mechanical strength when adding polypropylene fiber in concrete ,but the fragility were improved.The mechanical strength of concrete first rise and then drop along with the increase of sand ratio and the concrete strength is excellent when the sand ratio is 40% .Due time, the impact of fly ash still need further experiment.When the steel fiber content is 1.5% ,polypropylene fiber content is 0.05%, sand ratio is 40% ,the comprehensive per- formance of concrete is optimal by integrated balance method.
