为了能够精确获取可燃性液体的爆炸极限实验数据,在已有的基于ASTM E681标准的爆炸极限实验装置研究基础上,新研制了一套可燃性液体、气体通用的实验系统。使用注射器直接注入可燃液体的配气方式,设计了新的温度控制系统,实验系统可测量的温度范围为室温~250℃。对实验系统的测量不确定度进行了分析,通过对甲醇、乙醇和正丁醇的爆炸极限进行实验研究,对实验系统的测量准确度进行了验证,3种醇类爆炸极限的实验值与文献值的平均绝对偏差为0.09%(vol),结果表明了实验系统的可靠性。
A new flammability limits measurement system was developed to obtain the reliable flammability limits experimental data of liquid vapors.The measurement system was designed on the basis of the existing apparatus of our research group.The vapor mixture was prepared by injecting a specified amount of the combustible liquid into the 12 L flask directly.The temperature control system was a new design,and the available temperature of the apparatus ranges from room temperature to 250℃.The uncertainty of the measurement results was analyzed,and the performance of the apparatus was validated by determining the flammability limits of three different alcohols.The average absolute deviation between the experimental results and the reference values was 0.09%(vol),which showed good agreement between the experimental results and reference values.
