培训经理是企业培训工作的实施者,其职业能力水平直接影响企业整体的培训效率。构建企业培训经理职业能力指标体系,对培训经理的招聘与培养具有重要的指导意义。本项研究选取上海、杭州、西安、广州、泉州、长沙等多个城市的企业培训经理和高校人力资源管理专业教师。运用焦点小组访谈、专家深度访谈、修正式德尔菲调查等多种研究方法,构建了包括一般能力、专业能力和前瞻能力三个方面共19个指标的培训经理职业能力指标体系;运用层次分析法,探讨职业能力各指标的权重及其排序。层次分析结果表明,调查对象对一般能力的重视程度最高,其次为专业能力与前瞻能力。
The training manager is the implementer of the training work in the company. Their vocational competencies have great impacts on the effectiveness of the training work. Therefore, the construction of the vocational competency index system for training managers is important for recruiting and developing training managers. In order to work out the index system, this study conducts interviews and surveys with the training mangers in companies and academic scholars in the field of human resource management in Shanghai, Hangzhou, Xian, Guangzhou, Quanzhou and Changsha city, by adopting multiple methods including focus group, in-depth interview, modified Delphi. The results show that the vocational competency of enterprise training manager includes three dimensions of generic, professional and proactive competency with a total of nineteen indicators. The Analytic Hierarchy Process analysis results reveal that for a training manager, the generic competency is more important than professional competency and proactive competency.
