应用有限元分析方法,对户内变电站主变压室内的温度场、速度场和声场进行了综合建模分析,由此提出了根据仿真结果来评价户内变电站通风和降噪效果的方法.以南昌市豫章110kV变电站为例,仿真未改造前的变电站运行工况,将仿真分析得到的温度值和声压值与实测数据对比,验证了模型的有效性,得到了该变电站通风和降噪未达标的结论.对该变电站的通风和降噪进行了综合模拟优化,并提出了优化改造方案.按该方案实施优化改造后,豫章变电站的实测温度和噪声值基本达到了预定的各项评价指标.此外,提出了旨在进一步降低夜间噪声排放的变电站夜间运行模式.
Using the method of finite element analysis,a comprehensive modeling analysis of the temperature,velocity and sound field in the main transformer room of indoor substation has been done.According to the model,the scientific evaluation method of ventilation and noise reduction of the indoor substation system is proposed.The Nanchang Yuzhang 110 kV substation is taken for example to simulate the temperature,velocity and sound field in the transformer room.A conclusion that the ventilation and noise reduction in the unmodified substation are not reach the standard is obtained.The optimization of ventilation and noise reduction for this substation has been simulated.The optimization scheme is put forward;and the experimental temperature and noise data measured in the substation which is altered basically achieved the predetermined evaluation standard.In addition,night operation mode is proposed to reduce noise in the indoor substation at night.
