Xia Yuanqing was born in 1971. He graduated from the Department of Mathematics from Chuzhou University, China, in 1991. He received the M.S. degree in fundamental mathematics from Anhui University, China, in 1998 and the Ph.D. degree in control theory and control engineering from Beijing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics, China, in 2001. Since 2008, he has been a professor in Beijing Institute of Technology. His current research interests are in tile fields of networked control systems, robust control, active disturbance rejection control and biomedical signal processing. Since Mar. 1992, he has been working for Beijing Institute of Technology as a professor. His current research interests include inertial navigation and intelligent navigation, navigation, guidance and control. Liu Bo was born in 1982. He received the B.S. degree in automation from North China University of Technology, Beijing, China, in 2005. He received the M.S. degree in automatic control from Beijing Institute of Technology, Beijing, China, in 2008. He is currently pursing the Ph.D. degree in control science and engineering from Beijing Institute of Technology, Beijing, China. His research interests include networked control systems, active disturbance rejection control, process control. Liu Guoping received the B.Eng. and M.Eng. degrees from Central South University of Technology, Changsha, China, in 1982 and 1985, respectively, and the Ph.D. degree from the University of Manchester, Manchester, U.K., in 1992.
