合成了一系列N,N'-(二氨基酸)-苝四羧酸酰二亚胺化合物并将它们分别吸附到TiO2纳米晶膜上制成电极,通过红外光谱、荧光发射光谱、光电化学测试等表征测试手段,对其光电化学性质进行了比较研究,结果发现这几种化合物除具有较好的溶解性、在可见光区吸光范围宽、光电流响应强等特点外,它们的分子结构与自身的光电性质存在着一定的关系和规律.
Perylen imide derivatives were synthesized by condensation of aminoacides and 3,4,9,10 -perylene tetracarboxylic dianhydide and then self-assembled on nanocrystalline TiO2 electrodes. The comparative research on their photoelectric properties is carry out by means of IR, fluorescence emission spectroscopy, electrochemical determination. The experimental results demonstrate that the imides mentioned above have good solubility, wide absorption range in the visible light, strong responsibility of photoelectric current and photoelectric properties depending on the molecular structures.
