以管割刀片用的Cr12Mo1V1钢为研究对象,分析不同的锻压工艺对其硬度、冲击韧性的影响,并使用OM、XRD、SEM分析不同工艺下的微观组织。研究结果表明:相比于直接空冷淬火,锻后空冷的峰值硬度向右偏移,在1100℃时达到峰值887 HV;随着锻压温度升高,650℃回火冲击韧性呈现下降趋势,马氏体转变量减少,残余奥氏体量增加;锻后空冷碳化物主要为M7C3型。综合分析表明,锻压温度为1100~1160℃时,锻压刀片能够得到较好的组织和性能。
For Cr12Mo1V1 used as pipe cutting blade,the influences of different forging processes on hardness and impact toughness were analyzed,and their microstructures under different forging process tests were observed by OM,XRD and SEM.Experimental results show that the peak hardness of air cooling after forging is shifted to the right compared with the normal quenching and obtains 887 HV at1100 ℃.With the increase of forging temperature,the impact toughness of tempering at 650 ℃ decreases.So the amount of martensite reduces,and the amount of retained austenite increases.The carbide of air cooling after forging is mainly M7C3.Comprehensive analysis shows that the blade can get better microstructure and properties when the forging temperature is from 1100 ℃ to 1160 ℃.
