目的探讨双参口服液对局灶性脑缺血再灌注损伤的保护作用。方法采用线栓法建立脑缺血再灌注损伤模型,随机分为尼莫地平组,双参口服液高、中、低剂量组,通过对小鼠脑组织中GSH-Px、SOD、MDA、TNOS、i NOS活性的影响以及对小鼠耐缺氧作用的研究来考察双参口服液对小鼠脑缺血再灌注损伤的保护作用。结果与尼莫地平组比较,双参口服液高、中、低剂量组均能明显升高小鼠血清中GSH-Px和SOD活性(P〈0.01),双参口服液高、中、低剂量组均能降低小鼠血清中MDA活性(P〈0.05);双参口服液高、中、低剂量组均能明显降低小鼠血清中TNOS和i NOS活性(P〈0.01);并且双参口服液对小鼠有较好的耐缺氧作用。结论双参口服液对局灶性脑缺血再灌注损伤具有一定的保护作用。
Objective To investigate the protective effects of Shuangshen oral liquid on focal cerebral ischemia reperfusion injury. Methods To establish the model of cerebral ischemic reperfusion injury by using suture method, were randomly divided into nimo- dipine group, Shuangshen oral liquid of high, medium and low dose group, to investigate the protective effects of Shuangshen oral liquid on cerebral ischemia reperfusion injury in mice by effects on brain tissue of mice in GSH - Px, SOD, MDA, TNOS, iNOS activity and study on hypoxia tolerance in mice. Results Compared with nimodipine group, Shuangshen oral liquid of high, medi- um and low dose group were significantly increased GSH - Px and SOD activity in serum of mice ( P 〈 0.01 ) , Shuangshen oral liquid of high, medium and low dose group can decrease the activity of MDA in serum of mice ( P 〈 0.05 ) ; Shuangshen oral liq- uid of high, medium and low dose group significantly decreased TNOS and iNOS activity in serum of mice (P 〈 0.01 ); and Shuangshen oral liquid has good resistance to hypoxia in mice. Conclusion There is a protective effect on focal cerebral ischemia reperfusion injury in Shuangshen oral liquid.
