Ovary is the vital organ to female hormone secretion,the maintenance of female characteristics and organic functions.Gynecological operation may cause harm to ovarian functions at various degrees and then reduce the quality of life.In recent years,with the increase number of gynecological operation,researches about how different kinds of surgical methods influence ovarian functions and the corresponding therapeutic measures have drawn more and more attention.If a clinician is familiar with ovarian dissection and the impacts of ovarian functions and patients＇ mentality caused by different operation methods,then the doctor will be more likely to make the right choose of treatment pro grams and surgical ways.Besides,protection of ovarian functions during perioperative period,prevention of latrogenic early menopause and rational treatment can improve the qualities of life after operation.
