采用非水解溶胶-凝胶法,以无水四氯化锆、正硅酸乙酯为前驱物,LiF为矿化剂,分别选用不同的表面活性剂作为分散剂制备硅酸锆超细粉体。利用XRD、TEM等测试手段研究表面活性剂种类、用量对硅酸锆粉体合成及分散的影响。结果表明:聚乙二醇(PEG1000)对硅酸锆粉体的分散效果明显,并且它对硅酸锆合成无甚影响,PEG1000与ZrCl4的质量比为3%时,硅酸锆粉体合成与分散的综合效果最佳;十二烷基硫酸钠(SDS)有一定的分散效果,但它会影响硅酸锆的合成;十六烷基三甲基溴化铵(HTAB)不但会影响硅酸锆晶相的形成,而且对粉体的分散没有明显效果。
superfine Zircon powder has been synthesized via non-hydrolytic sol-gel route using ZrCl4 and Si(OC2H5)4 as precursors,lithium fluoride as mineralizer and selecting different surfactants such as,(SDS) as dispersing agent.The effects of species and amount of surfactants on synthesis and dispersion of zircon superfine powder were investigated by means of XRD and TEM.The results show that polyethylene glycol(PEG1000) plays an obvious role in the dispersion of zircon powder,but has trivial effect on its synthesis.The synthesis and dispersion of zircon powder is best when the mass ratio of PEG1000/ZrCl4 is 0.03;sodium dodecyl sulfate(SDS) is the effective dispersant for zircon powder,but hinders the synthesis of zircon;and cetyl trimethyl ammonium bromide(HTAB) not only restrains the synthesis of zircon crystal phase,but also has no obvious effect on inhibiting the agglomeration of zircon powder.
