以无水氯化铝为原料、铁粉为铁源、低碳醇为溶剂兼氧供体,采用非水解溶胶-凝胶(NHSG)法制备铁掺杂刚玉型黄色色料。借助X射线衍射仪(XRD)、CIE色度仪、傅里叶红外光谱仪(FT-IR)以及场发射扫描电镜(FE-SEM)等测试手段研究了铁粉用量与溶剂种类对色料黄度值的影响。结果表明:NHSG法制备未掺杂α-Al2O3的晶型转变温度为1050℃;铁掺杂过多或过少均不利于刚玉型黄色色料的制备;乙醇较异丙醇和正丁醇更适合作为溶剂;当铁与氯化铝摩尔比为0.05,以乙醇为溶剂可获得黄度值b*为26.73的铁掺杂刚玉型黄色色料。
The iron doped corundum yellow pigment was prepared via non-hydrolytic sol-gel method(NHSG), using anhydrous Al Cl3 as reaction precursor, iron powder as iron source and anhydrous low carbon alcohol as solvent and oxygen donor. X-ray diffraction analysis(XRD), CIE color system, Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR) and field emission scanning electron microscope(FE-SEM) were employed to characterize the influences of the iron addition amounts and solvent types on the b* value of the yellow pigment. The results show that the phase transformation temperature of undoped α-Al2O3 prepared via NHSG method is 1050 ℃. Too much or too little iron addition amount are not conducive to the preparation of yellow pigment. Meanwhile, ethanol is more suitable to be used as the solvent than isopropyl alcohol and butyl alcohol. When the Fe/Al Cl3 molar rate was 0.05 with ethanol as the solvent, the iron doped corundum yellow pigment with b*value of 26.73 was obtained.
