玻璃钢隔离筒为圆筒型薄壳结构,是定子浸泡式蒸发冷却电机的关键部件,工作时承受冷却液的压力。为了防止隔离筒屈曲失稳,建立隔离筒的数值分析模型,对其进行静力分析和特征值屈曲分析。发现隔离筒若不与定子铁心过盈装配,在冷却液压力下将失稳;选取合适的过盈量,隔离筒不会发生屈曲失稳和破坏。按照计算结果进行验证试验,试验与分析结论一致。
The glass epoxy isolator of cylindrical thin shell structure is critical component of evaporative cooling motor with fully immersed stator, which is designed to withstand the pressure from the coolant. To avoid the buckling instability of isolators, the numerical model of isolator is established, the static analysis and the eigenvalue buckling analysis are carried out. The study shows that the isolator will be unstable under the effect of the coolant pressure if it is not interference fit with the stator core, while an appropriate interference can avoid the buckling instability or destruction of the isolator. The calculation result is verified by experiments.
