在Fluent仿真软件平台上,利用一些简化处理方法,建立了某型汽轮发电机定子和转子的三维温度场流固耦合仿真模型,并对电机定转子的温度场进行了仿真计算。将仿真结果与试验数据进行了对比和分析,仿真结果具有较高的计算精度,满足工程设计要求,提出的仿真计算方法能够为电机温度场的仿真研究提供一定的参考作用。
Based on some simplify method for the model, the fluid-solid coupled simulation model of 3D temperature field for stator and rotor was buih by using the Fluent software, and the simulation of stator and rotor's temperature distribution was done. The results were in good agreement with those measured in the experiments, which showed that the models were valid and the simulation method satisfied the precision requirements. This research would offer technical references for the numerical simulation study of temperature field for the turbo generator.
