Under the background of ＂One Belt and One Route＂, internationalization of Chinese Medicine has become the development trend.of Chinese Medicine. Started from analyzing the knowledge characteristics of Traditional Chinese Medicine, the ＂ice model ＂ of Traditional Chinese Medicine knowledge was established to study the limitation of the existing intellectual property laws and regulations in protecting Traditional Chinese Medicine. Based on which, some countermeasures and suggestions were put forward.
