Traditional Chinese Medicine is rooted in the soil of Chinese Traditional Culture, along with the absorption and innovation of traditional culture, traditional philosophy, traditional science in development, to build a unique set of theoretical system. With the development of the times and the evolution of the modern science, there are many changes in people＇ s social lifestyle and social demand. Therefore, traditional medicine is facing problem of transformation. What kind of Traditional Chinese Medicine is in transformation？ Using ＂system paradigm＂ of Complexity Science theories as analyzed method, to analyze the development and evolution of operating mechanism on Traditional Chinese Medicine. In conclusion, Traditional Chinese Medicine is a complex adaptive system, In modern times it is supposed to be a dynamic adaptation of evolution, which can provide basic theory for the modern transformation of traditional Chinese medicine.
