针对连铸结晶器构造了一种新型非正弦振动波形函数,给出了采用机械驱动实现此非正弦振动的方案;对此波形函数及实现方案的优越性进行了分析,给出了波形偏斜率的合理取值范围及负滑动时间、负滑动率、负滑动量、正滑动时间、最大相对速度差等多个工艺参数的计算方法,绘制了多工艺参数等值曲线,为拉速-频率同步控制模型的建立及实际生产应用提供参考。
A new type waveform function of a steel continuous casting mold non-sinusoidal oscillation was constructed and a motor driven equipment scheme realizing the non-sinusoidal oscillation was put forward.The superiorities of the waveform function and the implementation scheme were analyzed.The reasonable value ranges of the parameterα(deviation rate compared with sinusoidal waveform)were discussed.The calculation methods of technological parameters were given,such as negative slide time,negative slide rate,negative slide distance,positive slide time,the maximum relative velocity between slab and mold.The isoplethic curves of multi-parameters were given,which provide a reference for the modeling oscillation synchronization control of casting velocity and oscillation frequency,and the applications of non-sinusoidal oscillation technique.
