为提高特大断面连铸圆坯的质量,提出了一种新型旋流浇铸水口。针对φ1000mm特大圆坯,通过应用计算流体动力学和传热学原理,利用有限元工程仿真平台,对结晶器内的钢液流动和凝固传热情况进行了耦合数值分析,并对液面波动情况进行了仿真。通过模拟分析,得到了合适的水口结构参数及浇铸工艺参数,为实际生产提供了参考。
For improving the quality of round steel casting billet with super--large section size, a new type nozzle which can generate rotating streaming was put forward. By applying the computation- al fluid dynamics and heat transfer theory on the finite element engineering simulation and design plat- form, the fluid flow coupled with solidification and heat transfer of the molten steel in casting mould were analyzed using numerical method. And the fluctuation of molten steel surface was simulated al- so. Through the analysis of simulation, the suitable structural parameters of the nozzle and the steel casting technological parameters were gained. This research work provides a reference for the actual production.
