为了提高可靠性和安全性,长初级双边直线感应电机可以采用多台初级(N 2)上下并联布置共用一个次级的结构形式。针对多定子直线感应电机,对其数学模型进行了深入研究,并基于耦合参数等效电路模型,详细分析了两定子直线感应电机输出电磁推力与输入相电流及工作转差频率之间的函数关系,得到了其单台定子因故障而退出运行,另一台定子维持输出电磁推力不变时其三相电流的过载规律。利用某两定子双边直线感应电动机原理样机进行实验,实验结果与理论分析吻合,验证了理论分析的正确性。
In order to enhance the reliability and security of double-sided linear induction motors(DSLIMs),the structure of N primaries(N is an integer and N 2) sharing just one secondary can be adopted.The mathematical model of the multi-primary linear induction motor is studied.Based on the equivalent circuit model,the relationship between the electromagnetic force,phase current and slip frequency of two-primary linear induction motors is particularly analyzed.Then the phase current overload rule is obtained when one primary fails and the other primary works to keep the electromagnetic force unaltered.A two-primary DSLIM prototype is applied to experiments.The experimental results tally with the analytical value,which verified the correctness of the theoretical analysis.
