How to improve the efficiency of supply chain and realize the rational allocation of interests has always been a difficult problem in supply chain management and optimization. Based on the integrated su- pra-organizational supply chain as a system ＂beacon＂, we analysed the efficiency loss of the supply chain caused by the different interest distributions in different decision status in this paper. We proposed a revenue-sharing model of the supply chain to realize the reasonable distribution of the maximum benefit and the overall benefit of the supply chain. We finally achieved the triple-win situation for Supply chain, Company and Farmer.
