使用View cast模拟软件对横梁型铸铝隔板铸件的砂型铸造过程进行了数值模拟,预测了铸件的缩孔、缩松位置和大小。模拟结果表明,金属液充型比较平稳,但冒口不能对铸件完全补缩,铸件厚大部分、铸件前端杆部与加强筋的连接部位均有缺陷。对工艺进行改进后,冒口能对铸件进行良好的补缩,且铸件无缩孔、缩松等缺陷。经过固溶时效处理后,铸件组织由二次相T(Al12CuMn2)相、Al2Cu和α相的共晶体组成;铸件的硬度为117.3 HBW,抗拉强度为413MPa,伸长率为11%,均满足产品技术要求。
The sand casting process of beam type aluminum separator was simulated by View cast software, and the sizes and positions of shrinkage and porosity of the casting were predicted, The results show that the filling of metal liquid is relatively stable, and the riser can not feed the casting completely, and there are defects in thick part and connecting part of the front rod and the strengthening ribs of the casting. After the process is improved, the risers can feed the casting well, and the casting has no shrinkage, porosity and other defects. Aiter solid solution aging treatment, the microstructure of casting consists ofT (Al12CuMn2) phase, eutectic of Al2Cu and α phase. The hardness of the casting is 117.3 HBW, the tensile strength is 413MPa, the elongation is 11%, which meet the product technical requirements.
