针对一种利用气流进行加捻的锥形涡流场纺纱加捻器,采用计算流体动力学(CFD)技术进行理论分析,研究喷射气流经喷孔后在加捻器内形成的三维旋转涡流场的运动规律.结果表明:涡流腔内气流的切向速度分量分布符合旋转气流理论;加捻器内部静压呈U形分布规律.通过观察所纺纱线外观可以发现,涡流场的气流对纱体具有一定的加捻效果.
A new vortex conical twister with airflow was analyzed with computational fluid dynamics (CFD) technology,and the motion of the airflow was researched in the cavity.It shows that threedimensional rotating flow is formed in the twister,and the tangential airflow in the vortex cavity is in line with the theory of swirling airflow.Static pressure inside the conical twister features an approximate U-shaped distribution,and the twisting effect can be achieved by observing the appearance of the yarn.
