目的解决电力电子电路故障诊断中的难题,以提高电力电子电路系统的可靠性。方法通过数学模型并利用修正的Bayes算法实现诊断。结果建立了基于混杂系统理论的电力电子电路数学模型,给出了混杂系统状态与参数估计的强跟踪滤波器算法,实现了电力电子电路故障的实时诊断。结论将混杂、模型和STE应用到电力电子电路的故障诊断方法是有效的,它既能诊断参数型故障,又能诊断结构型故障。
Aim To solve the problem of fault diagnosis for power electronic circuit and improve the reliability of power electronic circuit system. Methods According to the mathematical model and strong tracking filter, a modifled Bayes algorithm for fault decision is applied. Results Based on hybrid system theory, a mathematical model of power electronic circuits is established and the strong tracking filter algorithm based on state and parameter estimation of hybrid system is presented. A real time fault diagnosis for electronic circuit is realized. Conclusion The fault diagnosis method based on hybrid system and strong tracking filter is feasible for the parametric type and strucrural type fault.
