利用过氧化氢结合超声波制备出普通金红石转晶的TiO2(含锐钛相4%),用该方法得到的TiO2为催化剂,进行声催化降解酸性红B的研究。结果表明,在转晶TiO2的作用下,酸性红B的超声降解效果明显优于单独使用普通金红石型TiO2和普通锐钛型TiO3。除此之外,还考察了各种因素对转晶TiO2催化超声降解酸性红B反应的影响。实验证明在超声波频率40kHz、输出功率50w、催化剂用量1000mg/L、pH为3.00、温度为60℃、酸性红B水溶液初始浓度30mg/L的条件下,100分钟时的降解率即可达到90%以上。而相同条件下,普通金红石型TiO2和普通锐钛型TiO2降解率分别只有64.18%和54.11%。
The transition crystal of ordinary rutile TiO2 powder containing partial anatase phase ( about 4. 0% ) was carried out utilizing the method of ultrasonic irradiation in hydrogen peroxide solution. The obvious sonocatalytic activities of the transition crystal TiO2 powder were validated through the investigation and comparison on the degradation of acid red B under ultrasonic irradiation. In addition, a variety of affecting factors on sonocatalytic degradation of acid red B were also studied. The results show that the sonocatalytic activity of the transition crystal TiO2 powder is obviously higher than those of ordinary rutile and anatase TiO2 powders. The degradation ratio of acid red B in the presence of the transition crystal TiO2 powder surpassed 90% within 100 min ultrasonic irradiation under the experimental conditions, such as ultrasonic frequency of 40 kHz,output power of 50 W, addition amount of 1000 mg/L TiO2 catalyst, pH = 3.00, reaction temperature of 60℃ and initial concentration of 30 mg/L acid red B ,while the degradation ratios were only 64.18% and 54. 11% for ordinary rutile and anatase TiO2 powders, respectively, under the same experimental conditions.
